Here is a list of my all-time favorite celiac-safe restaurants to eat at! I will provide my exact order under each restaurant. There are many other gluten-free options at these restaurants but these are my favorites. When ordering, make sure the server knows you have celiac and that you can't have any cross-contamination.

1. True Foods
  • Grilled chicken & mozzarella panini with GF pita

  • GF Burger with bun

  • GF pizza

  • Dragon fruit lemonade

  • Vegetable plate

  • Kale salad

2. Buck & Rider
  • Ahi Tuna Crispy Rice

  • Spicy tuna roll

  • Eda's Picnic Chicken Snack

  • Hamachi Crudo

  • Fried Calamari (yes, they use rice flour)

  • Brussels Sprouts

3. Blanco
  • Chicken and cheese tacos on corn tortillas

  • Gf corn chips *ask specifically for these*

4. Zinburger
  • Cheeseburger on GF bun

  • Fries (they have separate frier)

5. California Pizza Kitchen
  • GF pepperoni pizza

6. Sicilian Butcher
  • GF pasta with chicken **meatballs have breadcrumbs - this is very common**

7. Chop Shop
  • The Club on a GF wrap

  • Jalapeño chips

8. Tocaya
  • Quesadilla on a GF corn tortilla

  • Churro bites

9. Gadzooks
  • Beef and cheese tacos on corn tortillas *Chicken has gluten*

10. North
  • GF bolognese pasta

11. Farm and Craft
  • GF mac and cheese

  • Grilled Chicken

  • Kale salad

12. Sushiholic
  • Miso soup

  • Edamame

  • Spicy tuna

  • Yellowtail sashimi

13. Eggstacy
  • Chocolate chip pancakes

  • Canadian Bacon

14. Picasso's *MOSTLY GF*
  • GF pasta and meatballs

  • GF pizza

  • GF wings

  • Focaccia bread

  • Ceasar salad with GF crutons

15. Steak 44 & Ocean 44
  • Filet mignon

  • Sautéed shrimp

  • Ceasar salad *no croutons*

  • Mashed potatoes

16. PV Pie and Wine
  • GF pepperoni pizza

17. Jewel's Bakery & Cafe
  • Everything! The entire restaurant is gluten free!

  • You have to try the waffles and the special syrup

18. Flower Child
  • Gluten-free mac & cheese and chicken

  • Sweet potato fries

  • Broccoli with no bread crumbs

  • All wraps can be made on gluten-free pita

  • Most bowls are gluten-free too
